Changing patterns of behaviour that are no longer helpful.
Don’t look back at your past self and feel that you should have handled something differently. You handled it in exactly the way you could, with the strength and tools available to you at that exact moment. The past is gone and it’s so easy to bring those same tools or reactions to bear in present situations that don’t require them. Be mindful of doing this.
You are not who or where you used to be.
