Tree of life create a community of belonging for young men between 18-25 years old from Manenberg who are caught in unhealthy life rhythms, such as gangs and drug addiction. You will learn to
Notice your body before your reactions take over
Understand why your body reacts the way that it does
Recognise when you are in Green, Red, or Blue (StateShift Model)
Find small ways to come back to a steady state (Green) so that you can pause and choose what to do next
See yourself in a different way, with less blame and shame.
