About the event

Learn how your nervous system holds the story of your life and how tuning into it can change everything. Followed by Q&A.

In this workshop, psychotherapist and somatic practitioner Greg James explores how the nervous system shapes the way we think, feel and respond to the world, and how traumatic experiences can remain held within the body long after the events have passed.
