On July 9th & 10th, Greg will return to the Aberdare Park National Road Races with another attempt to stand on the top step of the podium...

In 2010, Greg enjoyed success at the town park, finishing well in the qualifiers and taking a double podium in the finals. This was all the more impressive given it was Greg’s first ever visit to the park!

Greg commented: “It will be great to race in the park again; last year was an amazing experience! Initially I found the track tough to learn, it was way out of my comfort zone, but by the Sunday, I suddenly clicked with the place and started to get some good results. This year, I’m hoping that the knowledge I took from there will stand me in good stead and allow me to be on the pace from the minute we get out on track!”

“At the moment, I’m not making any assumptions on where I think I’ll finish, it’s still early days yet. I done well there last year, but I’m not letting it get to my head, I know there will be a lot of fast, experienced riders there, so we’ll have to see how things pan out. For the time being, I’m just going to focus on my British Championship rounds.”
